Change of Mind Returns

We will accept change of mind returns for items purchased online subject to the following conditions:

1.Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery and/or invoiced items.

2.You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us.

3.Items must be returned unworn, with all original tags/labels attached.

4.We will not accept change of mind returns for any items purchased from the "clearance or sale" section

5.If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges and/or resize charges) will be refunded to you ,by us crediting your original payment method once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.

Faulty Items Returns

1.If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

2. Second Hand and/or Vintage goods are sold in an "as is" condition and described in detail. These items are pre-loved and aged.

Return Instructions

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us for written instructions on steps and paperwork required to correctly return items.

Refund+Exchange policy

1. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase;

2. You must provide your name and address;

3. The returned items must not be stock clearance items; and

4. The returned items must be unworn with original tags/labels attached.

5. Additional surcharge for white gold or rose gold and/or size modifications WILL NOT be refunded

If the products you have purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding you or providing a replacement product provided that items are returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.
