Of course, our guarantee can't cover damage caused by incorrect use, naturally occuring wear/attrition, or any repairs or modifications carried out by a third party.

To claim on your 25 year Guarantee you must present your original receipt, orignial guarantee card and items must be professionally inspected and cleaned on an annual basis.
